Momma Kim has this way of making the most simple of dishes delicious. For instance, we’ve been eating these chicken skewers for years and it never ceases to amaze me how simple but delicious these things really are!

Need:
1 packet of Bamboo Skewers soaked in water for at least 2 hours

Ingredients:
Chicken:
1 lb Chicken breast, cubed or sliced
1 package of cherry tomatoes
1 red onion, cubed
1 TBSP Salt
1/2 TBSP Pepper
Honey Mustard Sauce:
1 Small Bottle of Spicy Brown Mustard
1 1/2 C Honey


Stir together Mustard and Honey and split into 2 bowls. (1/2 will be brushed onto skewers while grilling or baking, the other 1/2 is reserved for dipping)


Combine Chicken, salt, and pepper and mix so that chicken is seasoned well.


Alternate pieces of chicken, onion, and cherry tomato on skewers and place on a  foil covered sheet pan. Brush each skewer with Honey Mustard Sauce and grill or bake in an oven at 350F for 10 minutes on each side, brushing with honey mustard sauce every 5 minutes or until you run out.
