Pasta is so easy isn’t it? There are endless possibilities with Pasta and I’m glad the Italians made it so.
Lemon Bacon Pasta
1/2 lb Pasta (I used Farfalle for this recipe)
2 Strips of Bacon, diced
1/2 Lemon, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. Boil pasta according to the directions on the package.
2. Meanwhile, cook bacon to a crisp in a nice large pan.
3. Add garlic to the pan
4. Add cooked, drained pasta and lemon slices and saute for 5 minutes. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve.
